International Driving Permit
International Driving Permit will be issued to an applicant who holds a valid Indian Licence and who is a resident of India. The application shall be made in Form 4A or in writing to the RTO within whose jurisdiction the applicant resides, specifying the countries to be visited and the duration of stay etc. Requirements Valid driving Licence held by the applicant and copies thereon. Copies of Passport, Visa ( where applicable) and Air ticket for verification. Fees as prescribed along with user charges.
You can apply for HP Cancellation from RTO Delhi after paying off all dues on the vehicle. But before applying, make sure all the required documents are obtained, like NOC, Form 35 from the bank or respective financing company.
You can apply online for the HP cancellation at the respective RTO. If you require any changes in RC after termination, like an address change, you can do a HP termination and the required changes in RC together.
How to apply for an International Driving License in Delhi?
An international driving license is acquired by an individual who wishes to drive a motor vehicle on an overseas land. In Delhi, various zonal offices can issue an international driving permit.
An international driving license is valid for a period of 1 year and to avail one, the applicant has to pay a fee of Rs. 1000.
